Use the Voter Registration Search box below to check your registration, track your ballot or view your sample ballot. 

Absentee Ballot Tracking Dates
Date Requested – This is the date the Board of Elections processed your Absentee application. 
Date Mailed – This is the date your ballot was mailed.
Date Returned – This is the date your ballot was returned to the Board of Elections.
Return Source – This is how your ballot was returned to the Board of Elections. 

Absentee Ballot Status
None – You have not requested an absentee ballot.
Issued - You requested a ballot and it has not been returned to the Board of Elections yet.
Returned – Your ballot has been returned to the Board of Elections and will be counted on election night. 
Challenged – Your ballot was returned to the Board of Elections with an error. Please call 513-887-3700 for more information.

ABSENTEE BALLOT – You requested an absentee ballot to be mailed.
IN PERSON ABSENTEE – Your ballot was cast in-person at the Board of Elections.
PAPER IN OFFICE – Your ballot was cast in-person at the Board of Elections on a paper ballot.
HAND CARRY – Your ballot was issued at Board of Elections and taken home.
NURSING HOME – Your ballot was cast at your nursing home residence.
HOSPITAL – Ballot was issued to a voter with a medical emergency.
FPCA – Military ballot.
HOMEBOUND – Voter is confined to their home.

Return Source (If you have one of these codes your ballot is ready to be counted.)
MAIL - Your ballot was returned to the Board of Elections via the USPS.
DROP BOX - You returned your ballot to the drop box at the Board of Elections.
OFFICE -PERSONAL RETURN - You returned your ballot in-person to the Board of Elections. 
VOTE IN OFFICE - You cast your ballot in-person at the Board of Elections.
