Annual and Financial Reports

The Ohio Revised Code requires all local health departments in Ohio to collect and report on public health indicators each year. This includes reporting on health topics such as infectious disease control, community engagement, healthy promotion, emergency preparedness, and others.

ANNUAL REPORT 2021

If 2020 was the year of the COVID-19 Pandemic, then 2021 was the year of the COVID-19 Pandemic Response.

FINANCIAL STATEMENT 2021
The District's basic financial statements consist of government-wide financial statements, including a statement of net position - cash basis and a statement of activities - cash basis, and fund financial statements which provide a more detailed level of financial information.
